APPOINTMENTS

 

We are by-appointment only.  

Deposit are non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required upon booking an appointment. The deposit will be credited to your total service fees. The Remaining balance will be due in CASH on the day of the Appointment.

The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, meaning whether you decide to change your mind or cancel 2 days, 1 month, or a few months before, it is NON-REFUNDABLE, so please book accordingly.

PAYMENT

Deposit made through Square ( Visa, Master card...)

Remainder will due in CASH. If payment by credit card, a $15 transaction and handling fee will be added to the final fee.

CANCELLATIONS

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 72  hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled appointment will be losing the deposit.

LATE OR NO SHOW

 

Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment (for new clients, please plan on ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time for intake forms). We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners. The deposit will be forfeited for no show client.

NOT SUITABLE IF

 

Under 18 years old, Pregnant or nursing women, Health conditions Undergoing chemotherapy, Diabetic, Prone to keloids, Previous tattoo is too dark to correct. 

 

NO GUEST

 

 There is a no guest policy for each client to prevent cross contamination and interruptions. Guests are more than welcome to wait in the waiting room. It is my goal to provide my best services so thank you for understanding.

 

REFUNDS

To ensure you are satisfied with your service we request that you carefully look at the shape and color before we start the service. Once the decision is made, the look you chose will be final. After leaving our salon we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving our salon will result in extra charges.
